I am planning to buy a Digital Camera with resolution more than 14.1 MP. What are the specifications I should look at before buying. Can anyone help me on this?
the question you need to ask yourself is what are you gonna use it for? if you just need a point and shoot camera, go for compact zoom cameras since you'll have wide range of focal lengths( fujifilm HS10 or HS20 nikon coolpix P100, canon SX20IS, sony HX1 or higher). the higher megapixel, the more details you gonna get(in regards to printing too) but in this price range you might opt to add some more money and get DSLR : ) you should know also about ISO sensitivity performance of that camera you gonna buy specially at low light. one nice feature i really like is one with panoramic feature : )
