give cash to any REALTOR who ask's his commision and normal
commision is 15 days from the client and 15 days from the owner.
Very rarely in EXCLUSIVE Property deals Realtors charge either
1 month or 5% commision..
You won't. Doesn't really matter anyway, contracts mean very little in this country. I think they just sign them for show...
