How to start business being in Work Visa from Contracting Company

Hello,

I'm working in qatar as an Engineer for a multinational company, but interested to sattle a small business here, how can this be possible? Please advise.

My probation period is 6 month which is going to be finish within a weak, and if I resign there will be two years ban, as I know.

What should I do?

to start a business it is very easy . but the problem is you have to come back with family visit or permanent visa , if not you have to get NOC from old company . better you come with business visa and start business then you can apply for work visas but you need NOC for business visa
