Hyundai Terracan

Hey y'all!

Does anyone know, if the Hyundai Terracan is available in Doha? Any clue what the price is?
It comes with a diesel engine. Is diesel available at gas stations around Doha?

Thx for your help!

I have the resale value in the back of my mind when deciding on it! I will go for a used one anyway, and drive it to the very end! ;) I am not the guy who needs to buy a new car every 3 or 4 years.

Thx for your help!

There has not been any problem with ac. Although it is a single ac (unlike dual lac with some other 4 wheel drives) but still its performance is quite good.

As far as investment is concerned, you should not expect a fair return of this car at the time of selling since resale market here is not that good for hyundai (or for that matter korean and american cars.)

Thanks! Your helped me a lot! I am looking for cars right now, and the terracan is one possible investment. As i said I know the car and its performance in the dunes. You had any problems with the AC?

which model do you own? Where did you buy! Have you been driving it in the desert? Are you over all satisfied with it? Which engine do you have?

Man, loads of questions! Sorry!

An alternative for me is either a used pathfinder 2003 model, Mitsubishi Nativa or a used Grand Cherokee 2003 also. Problem is my budget! ;)

Petrol engine here. You have such an extensive choice of SUVs here. Take a good look round and bear in mind resale values. Toyotas seem to be the best for that

I drove it during military in Somalia and it proved to be good on sandy tracks and off road. Can't share your experience! The Terracan only comes with a diesel engine as far as I know! Maybe they changed it for the non-european market!
