i m an civil enginner and i am disapponted with my work tymings.

i m very much disappointed with the timings , i wake up at 4:15 am i start from my place at 5:15 am and i will be at site till 6am to 7:30pm sometimes till 8pm (14 hours work ) till i reach my room the time vl be 8:30 pm or 9:00pm, i make food den eat it vl be 10:30pm i sleep till 11:pm to 4:00am.(5 hours of sleep every day) . this making my life hell . its almost one month complete for my job the schedule making me mad , please suggest me some thing . life looks like its all finished , no entertainment , no time for any such things. My life was very good back den i feel like i am into the jail now , And only one day holiday on friday it is some what okay . my only problem is no time for myself , and no time for a sleep. HEEELEP ME ADVICE ME .
