I have come to qatar 1 month ago, I would like to go back. I have been given with 2 year visa, I can go home after an year for holidays, If i dont comeback after holidays any problem ?

check the contract with your company and see what it says about cancellation of contract.

If you are not happy, then best to fimnd a legitimate way to go back to your home. I wld suggest taking your holiday as an exit opportunity.

What does your contract say ?
Will the employer claim back tickets, recruitment costs from you ?
Have you taken a loan ?
Do you have to give a gaurantor when going on leave ?
