I think your wife's company is good. If this is the case and since ur wife has no contract yet, it'll be better for her to quit her job. Sh cean always find a better company.

. . i have doubts with the employer. . she reported for work for four days and after that she was not picked up by their driver, when she called their admin they said wait they are still arranging another transportation, but its already 2 weeks but still no transportation. .and one of her co-worker who was hired before her was ask by their company to pay 500 QR for the working visa, but the company only extended his business visa, promising that they will just transfer it to working visa later. .

How about you let her do whatever the hell she wants. jackass.
