Import car from Kuwait to Doha

Relocating to Qatar in April 2011. Wish to import my car from Kuwat to Qatar for personal use. What are the rules and regulations IN QATAR for importing car for personal use. Could anybody guide? Thanks.
The car model should not be more than five year old, nothing just contact any forwarder in kuwaith, and they will ship to doha. Once it reached in Doha, you can contact us for customs clearance, we can clear from customs and deliver to your home, then you can go for registration process.

The custom rules of Qatar are funny and they use them at will. Here is my example: In 2007 I brought a (1999) car from the USA. They said, it was too old. After three months of staying with the customs they said, ok. I registered the car in June 2007 and they told me to come for the technical inspection in 2010. They gave me a NEW car because it was FIRST registered in 2007. I thought that was pretty cool.
