Internet HELP

Hello everyone, I have a major problem. I have been to many countries in my life but none of these countries has worse internet connections than Qtel. I hate it... i cannot stand it... it disconnects atleast 10 times a day... i already changed my modem... the service is crap! And is not cheap! Is there another internet company that actually cares about its customers? Please let me know.
