Iphone help

Sorry,for adding to one of the zillion topics on the Iphone. I have a 16gb iphone version 1.1.4.

But I need to know how to add web applications to my iphone. Will adding app's to my iphone lock it?
How would I use a VOIP software like Skype on my iphone?

Web applications are executed by the just browsing them thru the URL using the Safari browser, Other applications can be installed thru the installer on the iPhone.( Installer is generally installed during the unlocking process).

No, Adding apps will not lock your phone.
