JOB CHANGE-ADVISE

Hi ,
I am working here in qatar for last 8 years and would like to switch jobs as I got a good offer.
As I contacted my HR, they said that they will provide NOC but i have to go back to my home country and come in the new company visa.
My family is here and it wont be easy again to go through the RP process.
Is there any way that I can change the jobs within qatar and I know so many peeple who trasferred locally. However nobody can gaveme a clear answer.
Please help.
@mithun have you heard of ADLSA. This is the online portal where you can apply for job transfer. Dont know if they are making a complete visa transfer
I dont think if there is a way to change sponsorship until and unless your current company agrees for it.
Now if you plan to exit and come back, then the RP process will depend on the company you are getting into. If its one of the Q company or well known MNC's it will finish in a month's time. I am telling you this because I did a recent change, left in December. New Co got me back in new visa, and we started the RP process in 2nd week of Jan, by Feb 1st week we all had our rp's
