Land Cruiser or Patrol, your suggestion

Hi Qlers,

I have never owned a SUV, looking to buy now. For around 200K, I could shortlist Land Cruiser and Patrol from their reputation and word of mouth. But I don't have experience. Can you recommend from your own perspective. If you had to make a decision for your own, what would you buy and why.

If you are thinking what i am looking in a car, my requirements are not unique, its what all prefer in car. Only thing which i would care for is after 100,000 KM which car would make me less trips to garage.

Resale value etc doesn't matter to me much.

Landcruiser is the best ..

Patrol looks more like a train wagon ..

Both :LC and patrol are good SUV's.

one no less than other.....

I would suggest u to Go for patrol....

Its upgraded with latest styling and technology.

LC looks old and not been upgraded for last two years, i guess LC will be upgraded by next year.

Land Cruiser is a very sturdy vehicle. If you manage it well, it would keep away your maintenance headaches even after completing 100,000 kms.

Land cruiser would be the best option... patrol maintenance would be higher

Buy whatever SUV that pleases you...Book test drives and see the differences..You will find out for yourself. In my opinion the Toyota is the most recognized brand globally so I'd definitely choose a LC irrespective of peoples opinions.
