I hd went in Al-Rayah Driving School, i saw their
Learning Driving License. An a friend of mine
Told that from now onwards they are giving
Learning License first, and then they give Permanent
License after some months. Did anyone heard

During your training they will give one temporary license and while u apply for test then they will take temporay license and once you pass all tests then they will give you permanent one
