I need some legal advice about a dilemma that I have at my school.

My Head of Department has suddenly decided that she has issues with me.

Anyone, who is familiar with the rights of teachers in this country, please PM me and then I can explain in detail.

Is there anyone I can go to for advice? I have no idea if the SEC support teachers, but would they be able to help?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Personally, my first step would be to contact my head of year, deputy head or head teacher before even considering the SEC. Schools here do not want bad press so involving the SEC will mean that the school could make your life a misery! PM me the situation if you want and I will say it like I see it!

And surely your school has policies on this that should safeguard staff?
