Letter for driving license from sponsor

I have just moved to Qatar and got my residence permit. My husband who is working is my sponsor. I have a British driving license. I understand that the below documents are required for converting my british license into a Qatari license.

Application form
Original licence from UK
Copy of original driving licence- front and back
No objection letter from your sponsor
Copy of your sponsor’s ID
Original passport or your Qatar ID card
Passport copy
RP copy
Three passport photographs- blue background and with glasses on if you wear them for driving

I want to know if the sponsors (ie husbands) no objection letter to get a Qatari license should be in English or Arabic?

As my husband does not speak/write Arabic so what do I do to get a letter in Arabic and signed by my husband?
