You need the follwing documents:
1. Original police clearance from your country attested by your embassy and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Qatar
2. Completely filled-up and signed Sponsorship Transfer form by Old and New Employer and attested by Immigration Department
3. Education Certificate (Diploma) attested by your embassy and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Qatar
4. Completely filled-up police clearance form which will be given to you at the CEID office
