LOST OF A HAND BAG, PLS HELP

I AM WRITING THIS ON-BEHALF OF MY FRIEND,MY FRIEND'S BAG IS LOST BEFORE ONE WEEK FROM THE KARWA TAXI,ON THE WAY FROM AIRPORT,HE WAS COMING FROM IRAN,AND THE WAY BACK TO HIS ROOM BY A TAXI,HE MISSED THE BAG IN THE TAXI,IT CONTAINS HIS WIFE'S PASSPORT,AND SOME IMPORTANT PAPERS AND AGREEMENTS, USB ETC.
THE BAG IS A BROWN COLOUR, SO FRIENDS PLEASE CONTACT ME IN THE FOLLOWING MOBILE NUMBER IF YOU HAVE ANY NEWS ABOUT THIS MISSING.
PLEASE HELP US TO GET IT BACK.
