Medical Qatar Gas

I have got job offer from Qatar Gas, medical was done and all reports, X-Ray results are normal. however they asked for CT scan of chest. Ct scan results are Ok with one comment that..

"small subplueral fibrotics tags in bilateral lungs apex which are of not of much signifance"

All other findings are normal. I have no history of any disease. I am smoker, I think these findings are due to smoking.

I will appreciate if some one can advise, will this impact hiring process in Qatar/ Qatar Gas
