Mozaic TV - problems, problems, problems?
Qtel's Mozaic Tv service keeps surprising me. 07.09 i've ordered it in Qtel office. It got installed only yesterday (06.10), after a month waiting. 21st of september I been to Qtel offise, asking why installation doesn't happen, been promised that it will be fixed in 2 days, but still - they installed it only yesterday.
Than again - yestaerday, 1 hour after technician went, Wi-Fi already stopped working. I called Qtel, they said "technician will come within 24 hours". 24 hours gone, and guess what - of course, no technician came. More than that - today already even they fresh- installed sputnic TV works at random, internet (through cable only, Wi Fi stopped yesterday) also turns off and on.
I will go to Qtel office, again, and i suspect in another couple of month they will may be send technician to fix it.
Is it just me so unlucky or Qtel srevices generally are like that? If so, did anybody discover any method of getting Qtel to do anything any quicker?
I have had it with Qtel's MVDS and Mosiac..... Mosaic is not amazingly reliable in certain areas of Doha. As for the MVDS system, well - not a day goes by that I don't have a few hours with all channels stating "no signal" Cancelling the whole thing and going for Sattelite and Showtime...
Mozaic....it's really problem problem problem problem....
Still you will experience more like, billing of "unidentified amount"; You will experience trouble in your telephone connection, lost of dial tone, lost of caller ID, sometimes you will be in a conference telephone communication with undentified speakers just poping up while you are talking with your callers. Then the reaction of both parties "Hello...? Helo...? you call me?..."
You will experience your telephone also ringing in the night 11Pm but when you answer nobody is calling(they said, qtel check)
If i will inform you everything you will lost your excitement...So, just enjoy the MOSAIC.
I learned not to be hot during the times i am losing MOZAIC. What to do, maybe it's true that "IT DEPENDS ON YOUR AREA."

might be coz of less workin hours or buzy schedule for the installation team last month as it wz ramadhan. usually they take max 1 week for the installation. but the mozaic service is quite gud. hope they snd som1 or solve ur internet prob within 24 hrs.....all de best!!!
for installation u did not face any delay it depends on where u stay .but for the problems yes it happened the full set stops working .. i asked for QTL technician he v=never ever show up ..
but all what u can do is turn the full set off wait for 5 min then turn it on again and the problem will be solved .hope with this way u will never need the technician
