they will give you a form typed, ask what other papers to be enclosed, take all to your company PRO and take certificate from ur office NOC,then with help of ur PRO submit at Labour dept, normally you dont get same nationality of yours, still take permission first.

treat them like human just like you and me

don't think they are slaves , they are doing their job to support their family .if they have another choice as you have they will never do such a job

I also would advise you to get somebody who is already in the country on a visit visa - that way you can interview personally who you are employing and save yourself the huge sum of money and hassle of going through an agency.

First of all you need to get an approval to sponsor. You need to collect a certain number of documents which then have to be submitted to request the approval. You will need to inform from the beginning the nationality of the househelp you want to hire. When the approval comes through you can then start searching for somebody suitable. Don't waste time to get the approval as Ramadan is not far away now and things will slow down substantially.

Ya you should get a company letter saying you need a nanny to look aget your children and then your passport copy , wife plus which country nanny u need and submit to labour office so they will give you the nationality of the nanny you can bring . Then you can apply the same through agency for futher procedure
