Need Assistance

My car Istimara already expired almost 1 year. Is there any problem to renew it or what procedure for renewal the Insurance and Istimara if expired already almost 1 year? I know that I have to pay for the penalty for not renew my Istimara, how much I have to pay because my Insurance and Istimara expired almost 1 year? Can anyone help me what I have to do and where I have to go to renew my Insurance and Istimara? Can I change my Insurance from First Party to Third Party?

u can, I have change my car insurance from First party to thrid party in second year

JUST DO THE NORMAL PROCEDURE .. INSPCTION THEN INSURANCE THEN 2 TRAFIC DEPT. 2 PAY PENALTY 500 + RENEW FEES ..
