Need Help on Change employer

Hi,

I just want to ask if anyone can help me on below---

I am working for a company from last 11 months, when I joined in the company that time was agreement that I will get some incentive every month & Medical/Insurance card but in the beginning they didn’t given me any incentive, they started only after few months and when I completed 9 months in this company finally I was decided to leave the company due to insulted every time in the company by co-worker and this co-worker was insulting me from beginning but the management always assured me that it will be never happened again in the future but co-worker kept continue and I resigned the company but they transferred me in their sister’s company in Qatar in different kind of work environment and I have asked them to give me new offer letter with new agreement but still I didn’t receive any offer letter from current company and this is not giving me Incentive as well.

I have one year visa as showing online and its expiring in few weeks, Can I joined any other company within Qatar after completed my visa?

As per my agreement with the company I have medical/Insurance in Qatar but no one given me any medical card / Insurance details from beginning, what can I do here?

When company transferred me in sister’s company they have given me settlement but they didn’t given me one week salary and any document’s copy related to settlement but they are saying that I will get it soon but when no idea.

Before I joined the company there were few more employees was hired for the same designation but they also didn’t continue more than two to three months due to co-worker behavior.

When I joined the company after few weeks same co-worker copied my personal data from external hard disk, when I informed to management they didn’t do anything.
