Need Help Finding Home for Male Pekingese
Hello all--
The strangest thing happened this afternoon as I was on my way to the gym. An Arab couple (mature male, young female [daughter?]) stopped by me and asked if I wanted their dog. Naturally, I didn't want a dog, but I thought they would just abandon it somewhere, so I said yes.
The young woman handed me the leash, took a picture of the dog at me feet, and got in the SUV and drove away.
The dog is a Pekingese.
Here's the problem: I cannot have pets in my villa. But like I said, I was afraid something bad would happen to the animal so I did what I thought was right.
Does anybody here know of someone who would want a male Pekingese? I don't know the name or the age, but aside from some matting of the fur, the dog looks to be in good overall health.
Please advise.
Okay, the dog is back from the vet, and seems to have been at least temporarily placed.
Sadly enough this is the second pekignese to be abandoned in very similar circumstances in the last 10 days.
Please make sure that a genuine animal lover rehomes him to prevent this from happening again.
that dog is adorable if only i were in the phils i would have adopted him already as it is im working here and cannot take care of a pet. hope you can find a good home for him soon.
