dell dooesn't have battery issues while about the heating, no matter which ever brand you purchase you should get a laptop cooler it will cool down the temp of laptop and increase life. so dell doesnt have the heating prob its with all the laptop.

i agree with mr. peter, lenovo is garbage, literally.

i mean, graphic are bad,hdd is bad, body is soooooooo bad,and the best thing is,you can buy this garbage for a cheap price!!!!

i spend nearly 3000 qr to get one,i5 processor,4gb of ram,640gb of hdd,and it was broken into pieces after 4 months!!!!!!c'mon, give me a brake

If you want it for business only go for Dell.

If you want business/personal and can't afford a good dell get HP but their fans and hard drives give up fast if heavily used.

Lenovo is garbage.

after sales service is important; if you go by configuration then almost all brands have similar configurations.

I would suggest HP (pavilion series)

That's probably not true i have a dell for about 2.5 years and it never did that and it has a strong long-lasting battery :)

Dell gets heated and i have seen many dell laptops which can be used only if there is some hard layer below laptop orelse it cant be kept on lap.

Anyways Thanks for the great help. Have decided to buy HP.

Acer is a good brand,it lasts like for 4 to 5 years.

But I really recommend Dell it has amazing designs with good prises and qualities.

I have experienced both but I prefer Dell it has a better quality.

i have lenovo g570 i5,it good but with a really weak body,it was broken 3 months after purchasing it!!!!!!!

if you were a gamer, buy hp

if you were a business man,buy hp/toshiba

if you were going to use it roughly, buy toshiba

dont you ever buy sony(its just a name)

toshiba and hp will last longer than the others

Lenovo is a Chinese brand therefore you will find it quite cheaper than others while keeping the specification constant I personally would recommend Dell or Compaq laptop i have bought dell laptop 2 year ago and till now didn't had any hardware trouble. You will find dell easily available throughout the world and support for this laptop too. However the price as compared to Lenovo would be a little higher but i think you will not regret this decision.

I hope this helps
