Need your advice, Friends!

Hi Friends.

I need your advice ASAP.. i had previously worked at Qatar from 2004 till Oct. 2007 but due to emergency matters there at my country I left Qatar by emergency leave without cancelling of my resident visa and didn't return back .
Now at Jan.2014 I received a good offer from such consulting firm ..Is there any problem right now to return back to Qatar by work visa or I should get NOC from my previous employer . I heard that Qatar labor laws changed . So I need your advice for my guidance.

A friend of mine did the same few years back. He has returned and obtained new RP under new sponsor with no problem. The only problem he faced is that when he went to finger printing it takes longer for his docs due to he needed to cancel the old finger printing he had.
