NOC in Qatar
Can I get an NOC if I don't have a now employer or if I am still searching for a job in Qatar? Or is it just a form that I get to transfer to a new company when I find one? In other words, can I get an NOC and leave the country for a while (1 month) and then come back to start another job?
If your present employer is willing to give you NOC then yes you can. But, make sure you get the type of NOC that says they will cancel your visa and upon exiting the country they have no objection for you to come back and join another employer. The other type of NOC requires you to have a new employer right away as it states that you will transfer your visa from your present employer to the new one.

you cannot get a NOC if you dont have an employer or if you are working at the present and you want to resign and apply to a new company, you have to ask for noc of your present company because you will need that when applying to a new company.
