Nurse Evaluation

Hi Sir /madam.

I have a clarification regarding evaluation of nurse.. My wife has got a job offer in a clinic. Employer applied her evaluation perior to offer letter.. Due to certain reasons we decline that offer. And got a new offer in another medical centre. New employer Applied Evaluation. And it got rejected. Got a notification that. Our old focal point evaluation already completed advised us to request change work location.. But my still in homeland nt reached to Qatar.. Without medical licence how can we apply work location change request..?? Or how to cancel old evaluation.. Plz advise..
