ooredoo fibre service termination

I saw there is a small sticker that all the equipment install in our house belong to ooredoo property. Does that include the Linksys router?

And would they send someone to do a checklist of the item when we terminate the service?

and how much to terminate a service if the contract is not due? was upgrade from mosaic 1mb package to now 1mb basic fibre.
