PCC fee in Indian embrassy is 94 QAR only

what is this immigration clearance? Is it the application for changing the employer?

Its quiet easy just go to Indian Embassy with 2 photographs, your original passport, a copy of it with visa page and your ID, there is an application form available there..just fill in and you have to pay around QR 250/- and you will get the PCC on that very day or next day..
PCC Need to apply at CEID department at Salwa road ???
it is submitted to CID not issued by CID
One year back I processed PCC. At that time the procedure is as below :
PCC Need to apply at CEID department at Salwa road.
Documents required are :
1. "Immigration clearance" (In case of Sponsorship change, the form shall be signed by present & Future employer and attested by Immigration,)
2. Education certificate attested by Qatar foreign affairs ministry (Located near Gulf signal)
3. Passport copy with RP page
4. Letter from future employer
5. Copy of "Immigration clearance"
CEID Dept. Working hours : 6:30 to 12:30
Time taken to issue the PCC : 3 working days.
Note : PCC will be directly handed over to future employer
