perf bonus !!!

to qp folks there!!!
all of you must have gone through the performance appraisal. in my case my supervisor is happy and satisifed to give me the good rating of 2. But finally, i got the rating of 4..ie. no bonus. I applied for dispute level....in that my supervisor stood by me, but the section head put remark that performance below expectation and nullified my appeal. I went to discuss the matter but was refused to voice my point of view.........isnt this performance bonus other name of dicriminating and favouring selective employees..... your encounters on this exercise....
If thats the case then you should tell the section head where to go. Either that you start performing like a 4.
The Gulf way of management is take it or leave it. This is very unfortunate but you can not help it. you need to focus on your monthly pay. besides there are so many good things in QP,which force you to stay here, despite all your grievances.
Cheer up this world is not perfect after all.
Perf appraisal is all about your relationship with your manager especially in the gulf. Don't start saying silly things like it depends on how hard you work or how good you are at your job...

same with me pal i too worked in a MNC in my company those who just do nothing get good bonus and the derserve one are underrated, the appeal process is just a showoff no use pls forget it boss and dont get stressed urself jut tell urself ur getting ur salary on time.
