Please Avoid QIB Doha Festival City Branch if You're a Non-arab!!

I (and my spouse) was at the Doha Festival city bank to open a Misk account yesterday and was subjected to the most despicable conduct by some poor excuses for human beings who are supposed to be QIB staff. When we got there around 1.30pm, there were 3 people being attended to by customer service agents and 3 more waiting to be attended to. So, after getting our numbers at the entrance, we proceeded to join the other waiting customers. When the last customer finally left the customer service agent attending to her, instead of calling us, this sad excuse for a human being (a guy wearinga light blue suit, wish I had gotten his name), got up from his seat and went to stand by his colleague who was seeing another customer there. He stood there for at least 5 minutes just looking at what she was doing. Thereafter, he went back to his seat and pretended to be busy for another 5 minutes at least. A few minutes after, the colleague he had gone to stand beside, also finished with the customer she was seeing and also did nothing. So, now two customer service agents were free and we were the ONLY customers left waiting and yet, it was as if we were invisible! My number was finally called and when I walked up to this pathetic excuse for a human being, he couldn't even be bothered to offer a greeting and his whole body language was very hostile. I gave him as good as I got and ended up not even needing his service once he confirmed that I could open the account on my mobile app and promptly walked out. I know racism is par for the course here but this was by far the worst I've experienced here so far and I think it's time I closed my accounts if this acceptable conduct by QIB staff.
