Post Paid Mobile

So I am gearing up to move to Qatar now, My questions is that do I need to have a RP before i can get a Post paid mobile account or i have to survive on something like a pre pay for month until the RP comes in.

i am hoping to call my family back in US quite often so something i can use more often would be better and not pay higher rates

hahahahaha WHEN U get here just get a Smartfone and u can call US for free on US landline numbers :D alot Apps are out in market for PC and smartfones to call US for 100% free.

and About Postpaid, you cant get without RP on Passport or QID.
