Ramadan Working Hours?

What is the prescribed working hours during ramadan for non muslim? Are they not entitled to recieved additional compensation such as overtime pay in excess of 5 or six hours work? Is there any Qatar labor law that covers ramadan working hours? Is it applicable to all irregardless of your religious inclination?

The maximum work hours are 48 hours per week or, eight hours per day during all months of the year, except during the Holy Month of Ramadan, during which it will be reduced to 36 hours per week or six hours daily.

Article 73

The maximum work hours are 48 hours per week or, eight hours per day during all months of the year, except during the Holy Month of Ramadan, during which it will be reduced to 36 hours per week or six hours daily. The time spent on transport between residence and work will not be calculated. Work hours shall include one or more intervals for prayers, meals and rest and shall not be less than one hour and not more than three hours. These periods shall not be calculated within duty timings. The employee shall not work continually for more than five hours, without rest.

The Labor Law says 6 hours for all. The experts say it doesn't apply if your contract says 8 hours. Some "experts" say this and some say that. As you can see, there is nothing final in Qatar. It all depends on the position of the moon.
