Scratches and chips on car
I recently bought a car in a private sale. When I did so I didn't notice that it had a number of chips/scratches in its paintwork near one of the wheel arches, with one biggish one next to the boot. It certainly hasn't been involved in an accident as the bodywork is perfect. The chips have been touched up with what looks tipex, and are only noticeable from close examination.
Just wondering can a car pass its estimara with chips/scratches in the paintwork? They don't all have to be accounted for do they?
Finally the car is a 2006 model but was purchased in March 2007 and has been on the road since then. The insurance on the car runs out in March 09. I know that cars under 3 years old do not need an estimara. Does this mean I will not need to put it in for estimara until March 2010?
Many thanks for your help
only istimara in total two year only means you purchase today new car next year renewal no checking is required after that required
You need Istamara but you do not need Inspection to obtain Istamara. Just go to Traffic police with your Original registration Card and Insurance valid for 1 year. They will issue you Istamara over the counter.
