Sponsorship Changing

Hi All,

ive been given my sponsorship transfer form signed by my previouse employer & Immigration last week, unfortunately my new sponsors Computer card has been blocked for some reasons... hence i want to know how long the transfership form is valid for changing??? does it has an expiry date? please advise.

Dear Sir,

There is no expiry date mentioned on govt. form of نقل کفالا (transfer letter) but as لا مانع / شهادة عدم ممانعة (NOC) is made on company letter head check whether they mentioned any date?

If yes then it is valid for 3-6 months.
