Sponsorship transfer receipt

hi guys.. i just wanna ask.. i am currently changing my sponsorship to another company and is already been approved by the immigration. i have checked it through their website www.moi.gov.qa.. but i still can't get my passport from my previous sponsor because they are asking me to bring the printed approval receipt from the immigration.. is it possible for me to go directly to the immigration and get the receipt myself? because my new company is always busy and they may take a longer time i will ask them to get it for me.. any ideas anyone???

Yes you can do it if you have the application receipt. Bring the receipt and staff from the immigration will print the approved one.

i checked it in the ministry of interior website. its already approved but i need the original printed receipt from the immigration and not from the website.. i just want to know if i can get it myself from the immigration.
