Temporary driving license
I am on one month business visa. My company is in process to extend it for further couple of month before going for residential permit. Meantime I want to drive on qatar roads. I have indian driving license and my sponsor is ready to provide any kind of letter required. Please let me know that am I eligible for temp driving license and if yes wat are the required docs....thank you guys
The only thing I know is that Qatar will accept driving licenses from some countries and not from others. I know they will accept them from the US and UK but I'm not sure what other countries. It seems like your company should be able to tell you if you can obtain a temp drivers license without taking a drivers test. Otherwise you can go down to the traffic department and try to get the license on your own but it will be easier if you take someone with you who knows the system.
