i am one of the tenant in Barwa-Sailiya and we are fortunate to have a barwa house.3 big B/R flat with two and a half toilet big hall and kitchen well disigned with enough space.elevators, ampel parking, free maintenance svcs. within an hour your problem solved. even you get message, the time of maintenance svcs.all these for just QR.3'500/=PM.but some children for sure misusing all these valuble facilities given by Barwa management.they will not keep any important notices from barwa management more than few minutes. writing filthy words on it. gaffiti on the walls. garbage thrown without tying it.we had fire alarm system in our building beginning of this year. all flat alrams started ringing middle of the night around 1.am or 2a.m without any fire. somecrazy peopele enjoyed waking up all tenants middle of the night.now its all disconnected. even for real fire ditectors will not work.fire alarm panel board box broken. last week elevator switch was hagging.morning poor cleaning staff collecting scattered garbage by hand.parents should advice their children and make them understand of the value of Barwa.it is our responsible to use these facility which has given by barwa management and still giving their full efforts to serve us better.please brothers / sisters advice chidrens, think there are thousands of famililies still trying to get a barwa house.we all are doing decent jobs and drawing salaries of more than 10'000/=pm. most of us drive expensive cars, 4 wheel drives. so we live in a decent way.we will help and appriciate Barwa management for giving such a wonderful service.i did not mean to teach anyone how to live by this message. but only a request.

The children must be acting just like their parents taught them to and exactly like when this parents acted when they were their childrens age. They will only wake up when this very same children start damaging property and things within their own flats and space.

Simple solution. Have Barwa tell the parents of those kids that will be kicked out of Barwa if this does not stop. It ia the parent's responsibility to bring their kids up...if they don't do it, they have to suffer the consequences...with some people only force works.

I totally agree with you J.Lincoln! Actually I live in Barwa sailiya too and I have noticed this lack of respect for the managment of barwa and for the tenants living there!! But I would like to add that it is parent's and barwa's fault!! because there are no presence of the security guards or any other type of protective service in the compound! In my opinion, that's why people and children are doing what they want!

There seems to be a complete lack of respect
