Traffic fine discount

When we teach somebody to look at the road when driving he starts looking at the 'people' who are at road in other cars ..... this is the root cause for getting fines .........

I really don't understand the issue .. Some countries already use this method . It is a way of encouraging people to pay up early . The longer you delay , the more the fine increases.

There are rumours that Qatar is thinking of implementing this. Nothing definite yet.

If it does happen , then it will be announced and implemented .

So chill and pay your fine as per the current rules

Even I heard the same through social media. When I went to Traffic department the lady in the counter have no idea about that. And she shouted at me :p

There is a proposal to reduce the fine if paid within a fixed time .. But I don't think it's been implemented
