Transfer Company Visa to Family Visa

Dear All,

I need advice regarding transferring visa from Company to Family visa.

At first, I know my husband needs to attest his education certificate to the related department, he tried but he failed.

He has good amount salary (over 30,000 QR) that can sponsor me but unfortunately, he doesn't have a degree to get his certificate attested as this is one of the required documents to apply for family visa.

Any suggestion what should we do, as I'm under company visa and planning to resign?
