Transfer Work Visa to Family Visa...

hi guys... can anybody assist me about the documents required for the transfer of sponsorship from company work visa to husband.... as my husband salary is not more than 5000... thanks in advance.....

Your husband is not eligible to sponsor you with that salary.

@garima... thnks for u input but i cannot cancel my visa... bcoz my daughter is under my sponsorship..

In your case only visa cancellation from company. he has to submit rest of the documents where ministry can even ask for rent agreement and salary status and his employment contract. Most of the time they do reject and it's really heartening
