Urgent car Repair

I have a Mazda Rent a Car and somone backed in to me while I was at work

A small piece of the RHS indicator glass /platic broke off and you can see where someone has grazed the RHS back of the car

It may need a small paint job and perhaps teh indicator piece replaced.

However I am leaving for 3 weeks on Friday 6 June

I know the excess with the Car Rental company is 2000 Riyal so I hope to avoid this!

1. Do I need to file a police report
and

2. Does anyone know of a car repair place that can do small jobs quickly efficiently and non costly?? If possible one that can handle Mazdas?

car then you have to get a report with the problem from the car rental shop in case you want the police paper to fix it. If it is small and you can manage to find someone to fix it, then that would be your only solution. Otherwise, getting a paper from the police means getting a report from the rental car shop first.
