Urgent Help - ECR - On Arrival

Hi Guys

I need urgent advice, i booked ticket for my Aunty to bring here under on arrival visa, she will come within 5 days. Just now i come to know that ECR passport holders cant come out of India.

Could you please advise what i have to do right now to take my aunty to Doha..

Me too same, my wife ECR passport, is it possible for on arrival visa
