Does anyone know and can refer me to a tax preparer for US taxes in Qatar?

I appreciate your help as I am stuck in the process.

No need for extension filing. It is automatically extended until June.

Since the deadline has already passed, you should file for an extension if you haven't already while you are looking for an accountant.
