hi All i am shabbbir hassan from India ,I have a Query Regarding visa , i worked with 1st company from last 2 year 7 month and i was back in india with NOC . After a few month i got a job in 2nd Company in qatar but unfortunately i left job in 10 days . They provide me Working visa and my 1st company original NOC submitted to immigration dep.But i didnt got NOC from my 2nd company as i left job in 10 days without finger print and medical . Can anybody suggest me in this case , can i go to Qatar by issue visit visa.please do let me know. my Email Id- [email protected]

You can come in Personal Visit visa any time

If you want to come in a Company visa, then you must get a NOC from 1st Company as you have the 02 years work ban from 1st Company only.

As the 2nd Company did not stamp the RP, you do not have any work ban from them.

The 02 years work ban starts from the date of cancellation of the RP of 1st Company

Why didn't you ask the 2nd company if they give NOC BEFORE you joined them? Make it a part of the contract. ALWAYS.

yes you may apply for a new visa hence your second company issued you only a temporary visa.

I also have one question how many days did it took for you to get your second visa after applying ??(my personal question )
