Visa applied without my knowledge.

Dear Friends,
I was worked in Qatar for last 3 month . My company was not good and salary pending so I searched a new job and came back to India with proper resignation as per Qatar law .My previous Visa was closed after I left qatar on 12/07/2017. My new company was trying to apply a new Visa but someone with out my knowledge applied a new Visa to block me to come again Qatar .That new Visa was ready to print without payment has been made , I don't know you did like this i am trying to cancel that visa so please help me or give idea to cancel that visa so that my new company can apply my visa.
Your previous employer would have done that, who else will take visa in your name. I had faced a similar situation in Oman, somehow I resolved it.
Embassy will never help you, never.
Any option to cancel that unknown visa in my passport number.Myself contact embassy and immigration aslo but there no response.My new company informed me to join within 7 days . i can't do anything.
I informed to new company they told me we can't check we applied so you should solve it after that we will apply new Visa.
Praveen, Your new company can very easily check that who has applied that visa. They know how to do it, you don\t worry, just report to the new company.
