visa information

Hi im currently working in Qatar under work visa. I gave my finger print but still my passport hasn't stamped. So if i go back to my country without getting NOC and if I want to come back to work after the marriage under husband's visa, AM I GOING TO BAN FOR 02 YEARS TO WORK HERE??

Please help me with correct details.
