Visa Problem
Hi! I just want to solicit some ideas with regards to my husbands working visa. His company who is currently his sponsor is on the process of liquidation because of some problems. He was hired by another company, however, his former company told him that they won't be able to issue a release. Instead, they will cancel him and give him NOC. That would be fine with us. The problem is, my two children are under my husband's sponsorship and 1 of them is studying here. Is there any chance we can ask from the immigration office for consideration?
My husband is in good relation with his former employer. We didn't complain despite the fact that his last month salary, leave benefits, indemnity and air fare benefit were not given. We don't want to complicate everything. We just wanted to stay here in Qatar with our kids and we don't want to interfere my son's studying here. Can anybody help me on this? Thanks in advance!
