Try to meet with captain and request for extend the visit visa for one month in meanwhile if you have received the documents from your office apply the RP.

Current Process in Family Visa:

1. Salary Letter from Employer -salary overall to be minimum 10000 QAR

2. Copy of Your passport and Work VISA Page

3. Copy of your Education Certificate (ATTESTED )

4, Marriage Certificate (ATTESTED )

5, Child(s) Birth Certificate(s) (ATTESTED )

6) rent agreement duly attested by muncipility (muncipilty shall require another set of documents like copy of title, copy of owner QID, lay out, etc. for stamping)

7, 6 Months bank statement

Time is precious , so try to contact his assistant .......... may be she could be of some meanful help ................
