Water meter reading
My water meter reading has been mistakenly put as zero in December bill. I have complained the same to Kahramaa office and they told it will be corrected in January bill. In January bill the present reading is OK, but the previous reading is zero, where as my previous reading is 350. According to the mistake in reading, I have charged extra 1540/- Riyals. Four times I went to Kahramaa office and mailed to customer care. Till now no use. Any suggestions to correct it.
Can you pl. tell me the location of Mathar Qadheem office. And in which department Mr.Hamza is?
I was going to Kahramaa office in "D" ring road (After mall signal).

welcome to karma....b prepared for several trips to their office....unless the person mentioned above can help u...it took me 12 months to get this problem sorted...lot of agony and pain....
Go to Mr Hamza in Kahrama Matar Qadeem.....He is very helpful.
